Policy Standards

  • All Employees of the Organization shall be maintaining proper discipline and follow the code of conduct and maintain all standards and smooth working of CFA.
  • Feed Back to the respective companies shall be of prime significance in this financial year.
  • Maintain fairness in decision making.
  • Employees shall always keep commitment in working and leave no stone unturned in discharging the duties.
  • Respect to the Head Office shall always be on top of the mind of all employees.
  • All employees must avoid situations which are against the policy of Attar Logistics and in case any of the person whosoever engages in fighting, under the influence of liquor, or any sort of misbehaviour shall not be spared. He shall immediately be suspended. It shall be the duty on the part of Ware House Manager to instantly report to the Head Office in case of any of the misdeeds.
  • Proper care and attention should be exercised when undertaking activities, in particular where others (Company Officials) will rely on the advice/ information offered.
  • Daily Report of CFA working should be strictly taken care of. Any lapses on this shall be taken very seriously and may result to termination.
  • The persons who have left the job and are no more with Attar Logistics shall not be allowed to enter any of the CFAS both Jammu and Punjab during working hours. If they are seen during the working hours and interacting with the person already working, that person shall not be spared and face suspension with immediate effect.
  • All the standards to be maintained as per the ISO Check List to be reviewed by the concerned Manager of CFA Fortnightly.
